Women typically choose breast augmentation when they feel their breasts are too small. Others want to correct unequally sized breasts or restore breast volume that is lost after pregnancy or breastfeeding.
During breast augmentation, the plastic surgeon uses silicone or saline implants to enlarge or change the shape of the breasts. Breast augmentation is also a reconstructive option following breast removal surgery for cancer.

A breast lift (mastopexy) is ideal for women who feel that their breasts have lost their shape but are otherwise happy with the size of their breasts. A breast lift creates more youthful-shaped breasts by lifting and firming saggy breasts.
Breast Augmentation + Lift
This combination procedure adds fullness and volume to the breasts while improving the shape and position of aging or sagging breasts.
Overly large breasts may cause back and shoulder pain as well as skin irritation beneath the breasts. They may limit certain activities and cause self-consciousness. A breast reduction (mammaplasty) removes excess breast tissue to reduce the size of the breasts and make them proportional to a woman’s figure.
Breast Implant Replacement
One of the most common complications following breast augmentation is capsular contracture. This occurs when scar tissue called a capsule forms around breast implants. Capsules can cause the breasts to harden or distort their appearance. They may also cause the implant to rupture. Capsules may be uncomfortable.
Capsulectomy is a surgical procedure to remove capsules and replace breast implants. During breast augmentation, the implants are inserted through a pocket. To remove the capsule(s) and replace the implants, the surgeon may have to make a new pocket and/or change the size or type of implant.
Breast Reduction for Men with Gynecomastia
Breast reduction for men is a cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedure that reduces the size of the breasts in men who have gynecomastia. The condition most often occurs in boys during puberty as a result of a hormonal imbalance in estrogen and testosterone. Older men may experience enlarged breasts due to aging, hereditary conditions, disease, use of certain drugs, or weight gain.
An arm lift (brachioplasty) removes fat and/or sagging skin under the upper arm to create a firmer, more toned appearance. Arm lift procedures use surgery, liposuction, or both to remove excess fat deposits beneath the skin.
Liposuction (lipoplasty) is a cosmetic surgery procedure that removes fat from beneath the skin. It can help reduce localized fat on the arms, legs, waist, back, buttocks, chin, and face to improve the proportions of your body. Liposuction may be used with other procedures, including facelifts, breast reductions, or tummy tucks.
Tummy Tuck – Mini or Full
A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) creates a firmer, flatter abdomen by surgically removing excess fat deposits and loose, sagging skin. In addition, the stomach muscles are tightened, resulting in a smoother, more youthful silhouette.
After having children, many women opt for a Mommy Makeover to attain their pre-baby body. A Mommy Makeover is typically a combination of a tummy tuck + breast lift and/or breast augmentation, although other procedures may be included as well, depending on your aesthetic goals.
Thigh Lift – Inner/Outer
A thigh lift (thighplasty) is used to remove excess tissue and fat following substantial weight loss. After weight reduction surgery or diet and exercise, skin folds, sagging skin, and irregularities in the skin surface may appear. A thigh lift improves the contour of the body and creates firmer appearing skin.
