About Jeff Johnson

Jeffrey Johnson, PA-C, DSDPA, is a certified physician assistant. He is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy Physician Assistant Program in Colorado Springs, Colo. Prior to physician assistant school, he was an instructor of laboratory medicine at the School of Health Care Sciences at Sheppard Air Force Base in Texas.

While on active duty, Jeff was chosen as Physician Assistant of the Year twice and Officer of the Year twice. In 2009, Jeff was designated a Distinguished Fellow by the American Academy of Physician Assistants, a distinction earned by less than 1% of physician assistants in the country. He was also selected by his peers as the 2005 National Dermatology Physician Assistant of the Year.

A gifted speaker, Jeff routinely lectures across the state of Florida with the Lecture Series Development Program for the American Academy of Physician Assistants, as well as across the country. In addition, he currently serves as president of the Florida Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. Jeff and his wife have three sons.
