About Dr. Fabrikant
Jordan Fabrikant, DO, FAOCD, FAAD, is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon who brings years of clinical experience to Water’s Edge Dermatology. He specializes in medical dermatology and skin cancer surgery, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional patient care and achieving optimal outcomes through evidence-based treatment.
He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he was recognized on the Chancellor’s List. He completed his internship at Largo Medical Center in Florida, followed by a dermatology residency at Larkin Community Hospital, where he also served as chief resident. Dr. Fabrikant went on to complete a fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery at Larkin Community Hospital, gaining extensive surgical training in the precise treatment of skin cancers.
Since 2015, Dr. Fabrikant has practiced in a range of clinical settings, where he has provided comprehensive dermatologic care with a focus on skin health and skin cancer management. In addition to his clinical work, he has contributed to dermatology education through faculty appointments at various medical institutions, helping to train and mentor future healthcare professionals. He has also written articles published in numerous peer-reviewed dermatology journals.
Dr. Fabrikant is passionate about ensuring a positive and impactful patient experience. He is deeply fulfilled by helping patients find solutions, and he takes pride in restoring skin health.
Originally from San Diego, Calif., Dr. Fabrikant completed his undergraduate studies at UCLA, earning a Bachelor of Science in marine biology and appearing on the dean’s list. Though he has practiced across the country, his medical training was completed in Florida, and he is excited to return and serve patients in the community.
Outside of work, Dr. Fabrikant enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, hiking, skiing, and is an avid soccer fan. He looks forward to becoming actively involved in local outreach and wellness initiatives in Florida.
