Our Preferred Methods for Refill Requests
- Send us a message through the patient portal.
- Call the office and leave a message for nursing staff.
- Ask your pharmacy to fax a refill request.
Expected turnaround time: 24–48 hours. Requests for prescription refills will be reviewed and processed Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM, except on holidays.
