About Jessica F. Kaprive

Jessica F. Kaprive, DO, FAAD, is a dedicated, board-certified dermatologist specializing in Mohs micrographic surgery, cutaneous oncology, and comprehensive dermatologic care. With a strong commitment to both precision and patient connection, she is passionate about delivering high-quality care while building meaningful relationships with her patients.

Dr. Kaprive brings advanced training to her role, with expertise in the surgical treatment of skin cancer and complex reconstruction, as well as general and cosmetic dermatology. She is known for her aesthetic and meticulous approach, taking the time to ensure patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their care.

A South Florida native, Dr. Kaprive earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, graduating summa cum laude. She went on to obtain her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. She completed her internship and dermatology residency at LewisGale Hospital Montgomery in Blacksburg/Roanoke, Va., followed by advanced training with an ACMS Mohs micrographic surgery fellowship at University of Toronto, Canada.

Dr. Kaprive is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, American College of Mohs Surgery, and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.
