About Dr. Minni
John Minni, DO, is double board-certified in dermatology and family practice. He graduated with honors from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and completed an internship at Union Hospital/St. Barnabas Healthcare System in New Jersey.
Dr. Minni returned to Florida and completed residencies in family medicine and dermatology at Columbia Hospital and the VA Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Fla., serving as chief resident in dermatology. Between residencies, Dr. Minni practiced family medicine at the Palm Beach County Health Department while training residents, interns and medical students.
Dr. Minni has a deep interest in many facets of dermatology, including surgery, dermatopathology and cosmetic dermatology. He has published several papers and is working on chapters in dermatology and cosmetic surgery textbooks.
A native of Florida, Dr. Minni was born and raised in Fort Myers. When he is not working, Dr. Minni enjoys fishing, golf, tennis, cooking and attending college football games.
