About Tia Bean

Tia Bean, APRN-C, FNP, joined Water’s Edge Dermatology with her Master of Science degree in Nursing from Chamberlain University in Jacksonville, FL. While completing her master’s degree, she continued her career working as a registered nurse in a multitude of medical settings including orthopedics, emergency care and chart review. Now, as a licensed family nurse practitioner, she has the education and experience to treat patients of all ages. Throughout her education and nursing practice, she has remained passionate and focused on providing excellent patient care. She is committed to this goal and continues to train and keep up to date with new product information and skin care treatments for her patients.

Tia is a native Floridian and a wife and mother who enjoys spending her free time with family and friends. Her interests include cooking, supporting her community and outdoor activities, including boating and fishing.
